Aaron is originally from Sydney, NSW, Australia. He has lived all over the USA, but currently resides in Cleveland, TN. He has over 15+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare Administration and has held executive-level positions in Revenue Cycle Management. He has a B.A. in Business Administration from Lee University, Cleveland, TN, and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Regis University, Denver, CO. He holds the CHAM (NAHAM) and CRCR (HFMA) credentials. He has also been a member of the FACHE, HFMA, and NAHAM. He has been a Practice Administrator over multi-specialty practices.

He is a Certified Human Rights Consultant with USIDHR. He is also bilingual and speaks Spanish. He enjoys photography, traveling, and the beach in his free time. He is passionate about Mental Health Awareness. 

He serves as a board member for the Business Advisory Board at the Lee University School of Business in Cleveland, TN.
